General Terms

Refunds will only be considered for services paid for in advance.

Requests must be made in writing within 14 days of service initiation.

Service-Specific Refund Terms

Website Development:

Before Project Commencement: Full refunds will be issued if the project is canceled before the first deliverable (e.g., wireframe, prototype).

After First Deliverable: Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the progress made and the reasons for cancellation.

Software Development:

Before Initial Delivery: Full refunds will be available if the service is canceled prior to the delivery of the first functional version.

Post-Delivery: Refunds will not be granted after the first functional version is delivered, but we may offer adjustments or revisions based on feedback.

Graphic Designing:

Before Initial Concepts: Full refunds will be available if no initial designs have been presented.

After Initial Concepts: Refunds will not be granted, but clients may request revisions as outlined in the project agreement.

SEO and SMO Services:

Given the ongoing nature of these services and the variability of results, no refunds will be issued after payment is made. However, clients may request a review of service performance and suggestions for improvement.

RPO Services:

No refunds will be issued once services have commenced. We encourage clients to discuss any concerns directly with our team to find suitable solutions.

Virtual Assistance:

Unused Services: Refunds will be issued for any unused hours within 14 days of purchase.

Used Services: Once services have been utilized, refunds will not be issued. Clients may request additional hours or modifications to service terms.

Processing Refunds
